How long will it take to ship my order?

Our slime orders ship within 2–5 business days (Monday through Saturday) after payment. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on the way. Shipping speed depends on the carrier you select at checkout. We pack each jar with care and love.
Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping isn’t available right now, but we hope to offer it in the future.
How do I fix sticky slime?

Add a small amount of activator (borax solution or store-bought activator) and knead until it reaches your desired texture.
How do I fix hard or stiff slime?

Add unscented lotion, glycerin, or warm water in very small amounts, and knead gently until soft.
Do you offer refunds or replacements?

We offer replacements for damaged or defective slime. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
