Returns & Exchanges

Because our slimes are handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damages & Order Issues

Inspect your package upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and original packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Note: Slight softening or melting during transit is normal in warmer weather and easily fixed with the included activator.

Address Accuracy

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify addresses, reroute packages, or issue refunds once an order has shipped.
