Returns & Exchanges

Because all of our slimes are handmade and crafted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on slime products.

Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before purchasing and we'll be happy to help.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Please keep all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.

If a replacement or refund is approved, we'll provide instructions for the next steps.

Products that have been opened, heavily used, altered, or disposed of before review may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items

Due to the handmade nature of slime and hygiene considerations, all slime products are final sale.

We also do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Mythical Mushbunny Slimes is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes, rerouting, replacements, or refunds for address-related delivery issues.
