Our slime orders ship within 2–5 business days (Monday–Saturday) after payment. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on the way. Shipping speed depends on the carrier you choose at checkout. We pack each jar with care, love, and sometimes a sprinkle of sparkles. ✨

We currently ship only within the United States. International slime shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to offer it in the future.

Slime shrinkage is usually caused by moisture loss. This can happen if:

• It’s stored in a loose container
• It’s exposed to heat or sunlight
• Ingredients naturally break down over time
• Frequent play causes evaporation

How do I prevent my slime from drying out?

• Store slime in an airtight container
• Keep it in a cool, dry place
• Avoid direct sunlight and heat
• Add a few drops of unscented lotion or glycerin to revive dried slime
  
  

If slime leaks during transit:

1. Place it in a new airtight container or plastic bag
   
2. Wipe surfaces with warm, soapy water
   
3. If it’s sticky or runny, add a little activator to fix texture
   
4. Contact us for help if your slime arrived damaged — we’re happy to assist!

With proper care, most slimes last 1–3 months.

• Clear slimes can last up to 3 months
• Scented or decorated slimes may last 1–2 months due to added ingredients
• Signs of expiration: dryness, loss of stretch, or extreme stickiness (which can often be fixed)
  

Add a small amount of activator (borax solution or store-bought activator) and knead until you reach your desired texture.

Add unscented lotion, glycerin, or warm water in tiny amounts, then knead gently until soft.

We offer replacements for damaged or defective slime. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
