📦 Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 2-5 business days after a restock. During busy releases, things may take a little longer, but we’ll always send a tracking email once your order is on the way.

Do you ship internationally?
Not right now. We currently only ship within the United States.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please double-check your order before checking out. Once an order is placed, we’re usually unable to make changes or cancellations.

My tracking hasn’t updated yet, should I worry?
Not necessarily. Tracking can lag sometimes while packages are moving. If it hasn’t updated for several days, feel free to reach out and we’ll check on it.

🧼 Slime Care & Product Info

How do I take care of my slime?
Each slime comes with care instructions, and you can also visit our Slime Care Guide for tips on keeping your slime happy and playable.

Why does my slime feel sticky or stiff?
Slime can change because of temperature, shipping, or play. This is totally normal. Most slimes can be fixed with simple adjustments like activator or lotion.

Are your slimes safe?
Our slimes are made with cosmetic-grade ingredients, but they are not edible. We recommend them for ages 6+, with adult supervision encouraged.

Will my slime look exactly like the photos?
Each slime is handmade, so small variations in color, texture, or add-ins can happen. That’s part of the charm.

🛒 Restocks & Availability

When do you restock?
Restock dates are announced on our social media and through our email list. We don’t have a fixed schedule, so following along is the best way to stay in the loop.

Can I reserve or preorder slimes?
At the moment, we don’t offer reservations or pre orders.

Will a slime come back if it sells out?
Some slimes may return, but many are limited releases. If something sells out, it may not come back exactly the same.

💌 Returns, Refunds & Issues

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because slime is a handmade product, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

What if my slime arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos, and we’ll do our best to help.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
If you notice it right away, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can’t guarantee changes.
